Allyson brings a passion for leadership, operational excellence, and creating meaningful experiences for both patients and the teams who serve them. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona Global Campus.
Prior to her current role, Allyson served as an Operations Manager at California Autism Center, where she focused on strengthening workflows, developing teams, and providing leadership and training to support high-quality care for patients and their families. Throughout her career, she has been committed to creating environments where people feel supported, empowered, and equipped to succeed, knowing that strong teams are essential to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
Outside of work, Allyson enjoys reading, traveling, and making memories with her friends and family.
