Sierra Meadows Behavioral Heath exists to help restore hope in the lives of those affected by mental health conditions. We provide counseling for depression, anxiety, and behavioral health conditions. Our therapists' aim is to help restore healthy neuropsychological "brain" functioning in each individual we serve. In doing so, we strive to not only reduce the symptoms of mental health conditions, but to help our patients start a journey towards healing and wholeness through evidence based therapy. The word “patient” has become a taboo term in mental health over the years as it brings a negative connotation for some that harkens back to days of a non-person centered approach to care. However, the original meaning of the word “patient” is one who bears suffering. In life we will all experience pain, both great and small. At times our pain becomes unbearable and turns to suffering. Our mission at Sierra Meadows is to help our patients through the pain that life brings so that we can alleviate the suffering they are experiencing.
At Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health we know that quality care can be very difficult to find. When you or a loved one is suffering, trying to understand and navigate through the broken mental health system in our country is daunting. We are here to provide hope in your time of suffering by being a beacon of hope and a path towards healing. Let us help you begin your journey today!
Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health provides counseling therapy to adult men and women with a wide range of mental health conditions. At Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health, we accept most out of network insurance plans and some in network plans for depression and anxiety counseling. We are constantly striving to expand our contracts with insurance carriers in order to better serve our community's counseling needs. If we do not accept your insurance policy, there may be a way to get your therapy covered through our foundation, Sierra Meadows Foundation.
